2. The Service
Scout.YT is a tool that helps marketing professionals discover and analyze public YouTube channels for influencer-marketing campaigns. It aggregates publicly available data and provides estimates and AI-generated insights (such as estimated integration prices, engagement, sponsors and reliability signals). These are estimates for guidance only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your own decisions based on the Service.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- One account per person/organization unless agreed otherwise. We may refuse, suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service or create accounts to obtain repeated free trials.
4. Credits, plans and pricing
- The Service runs on credits, which are prepaid units consumed when you perform actions (searches, channel unlocks, AI features, tracker checks, etc.). Credits are charged even when results are served from our cache.
- Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over (unused subscription credits are lost). Pack credits are one-off top-ups that do not expire.
- Current prices are shown on the website and may change. Changes apply to future billing periods.
- Credits and access are personal to your account and may not be resold or transferred.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may be shown excluding applicable taxes; the final amount and any VAT are displayed at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or build a competing dataset/product from the data obtained through the Service;
- scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits, billing or access controls;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to violate the rights or terms of YouTube, creators or any third party;
- attempt to manipulate, extract or interfere with our systems, prompts or AI features.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these rules, without refund of consumed credits.
7. Data & "as is" disclaimer
Data is sourced from public sources and third-party APIs and may change or be unavailable. The Service, including all estimates and AI outputs, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, software, branding and content. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (e.g. briefs) and the lists you create. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or impose reasonable limits to protect the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or business decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (payment, IP, liability, governing law) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence are unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to applicable consumer law.
