- Account data: email address, username, and optionally your agency/company name.
- Technical & anti-abuse data: the IP address used at sign-up, and a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We receive limited information (e.g. subscription status, plan, amounts, invoice links). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data: the searches, lists, trackers and credit activity associated with your account, to provide the Service.
The channel data we analyze is public information about YouTube creators, not your personal data.
3. Why we use it & legal bases
- To provide the Service (accounts, credits, features) — performance of our contract with you.
- To process payments and comply with tax/accounting law — contract and legal obligation.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud/abuse (e.g. sign-up IP, rate limits) — our legitimate interest.
- To communicate service messages — contract; for any optional marketing, your consent.
4. Who we share it with (processors)
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our hosting provider — to run the Service on a secure server.
- AI/analysis providers — to process search queries and uploaded briefs to generate results. We send the content needed for the feature, not your account credentials or payment data.
